CLIMBING _ ACROBATICS
kN is a permanent center of gravity
Where the technical/aesthetic gesture is more important than the power delivery.
Where harmony with your body is more important than competition. Challenging only yourself and your own level.
A place where you can find your center of gravity through discipline and athletic preparation and, for a moment, overcome the force of gravity.

The kN CLIMBING courses
The courses are designed for athletes of all levels. Climbing as a discipline allows for teamwork with athletes of different levels, creating an educational synergy for all participants.
Just as the DOJO in Eastern disciplines is the place where knowledge exchange between athletes of different levels takes place, in the climbing discipline, this role is played by the PANEL. This exchange allows beginner athletes to learn advanced techniques from expert athletes and, similarly, helps expert athletes refine the basic techniques of climbing.
The social aspect of bouldering and lead activities makes the course fun and engaging, helps progress in climbing technique by sharing experiences in the group, and, as a result, allows for a growth in self-esteem in beginners and a strengthening of humility in experienced athletes.
For a linear progression in learning, it is recommended to take the climbing course once a week, and then return after at least one day to repeat the exercises studied during the lesson taught by the instructor.
kN AERIAL ACROBATICS courses
AERIAL ACROBATICS is a typical circus discipline that can be performed on various apparatus, primarily on the hoop and the fabric. Spectacular and adrenaline-filled, it allows for a consistent full-body workout, including muscle development, flexibility, and motor coordination. During the course, students will learn various tricks on both the hoop and fabric, but can focus primarily on their preferred apparatus. Courses are held annually once a week—32 lessons in total—and are limited to a maximum of 8 people per class, allowing everyone to work continuously on their own apparatus. Classes last an hour and a half and are structured into an initial warm-up, strengthening, and stretching phase, the same for everyone, followed by a second phase of work on the apparatus, where each student follows a personalized program based on their level and abilities.
The kN CLIMBING TRAINING courses
Functional training preparatory to sport climbing. To improve applied strength and minimize the risk of injury, preparing the individual to athletically tackle the physical demands of climbing.
An intense workout made up of free body exercises, focused on stimulating proprioception and medium-high intensity TRX circuits.
Total Resistance Exercise is a suspension training method, both on the ground and standing, that uses gravity and body weight as a load to improve strength, balance, and endurance. The specificity of the exercises is to force the body to work in a state of instability and to try to re-stabilize the body position for proper functional movement.
The lessons include an initial warm-up and joint mobility phase, a central strengthening phase, aimed at developing the strength of the main muscle compartments, and a final phase of postural work.
